The course is in good shape, and does extremely well when it comes to drainage after rainfall. Overall, the Golf here is good.
However, the people in the club house were absolutely horrible to work with. I checked in with the woman behind the desk and she was immediate rude, confrontational, abrasive, and generally unprofessional and unpleasant. Apparently trying to get clarification on, in their words, “legal concerns” about having a 6 year old ride along is enough to almost get you removed from the course. I have never been so embarrassed for someone professionally. Truly a horrible look. She handed me a business card and told me to call someone else if I had any issues, and was extremely rude about it and condescending. There is no reason to treat anyone this way. Truly made the experience one I won’t forget, for all the wrong reasons.
Great course for a city course. I’m docking this review because the ranger kept rushing us along this morning, multiple times on the front and back. We finished in 3:45 - there is no reason to rush us along. There was nobody waiting behind us. I don’t care if there are one or two holes open in front of me. Won’t be going back because of this.
TERRIBLE pace of play. Nothing worse than waiting 10 min on each tee box. Played 9 holes in 3 hours and cost $43 per golfer. At one point we had our group (4) and 2 other foursomes waiting on the same tee box with a group in the fairway and a group on the green, with the next hole completely open . The ranger drove by and did nothing about it. The staff is rude as hell but treat "the regulars" like royalty. You aren't allowed to play 18 holes past 4pm, which is insane in the summer, and when you ask the front desk they look at you like your crazy. Unfortunately, google reviews make you give a rating of at least 1 star in order to post a review, 0 out of 5 for me.
Hard line 4 hour cancellation is junk. No other course in the area has this. Called 2 hours ahead and was told tough luck. I can’t control when others have work stuff come up and cancel. I will certainly never make a tee time here again - why risk having to pay for non golfers out of my own pocket?
Even better is the the woman working the desk tried to tell me that a lot of courses have a twenty four hour policy
It's a great course. Playable, but challenging. Nice variety and layout, in good shape. But... be AWARE they do almost nothing to prevent slow play. The 4 men in front of us were walking up to a green, when the group in front of them was more than 2 full holes past them. TWO full empty holes!! That foursome was just dawdling, talking and laughing on the tee, not doing anything to keep pace. Clearly did not care at all. It's too bad because it's a nice course.
What a gem. Very well maintained. Greens weren't too fast but rolled true. Par 68 was different for me but was a lot of fun. Can't wait to go back.
NOT WORTH. Overall, solid course but far too expensive for a muni course. Not PCC, no twighlight options, and only 9 holes after 4pm. Pace of play is always slow despite them having a ranger driving around. You’ll pay an 18 hole rate for a par 3 experience.
Staff is extremely rude. Played front 9 and had to leave due to an emergency. The staff members did not care and told me to pay for a rain check which I understood to an extent, at the same time if you don’t finish a round because of …
